in the gym 126kg

after shoulder workout

6 weeks out weight 128 kg in the morning before breakfast

Doing some cardio!
My sceldual is very intens.
I train 45 min cardio in the morning
6 times a week now and 5 times weight
training during the week.
I have 7 meals a day . 450 to 500g
of protein a day. And carbs kept
to 250g a day. once a week on saturday
I will carb up heavy.
